Vaxt Xin Technology was founded in Oct. 2009, and it was a high-tech company focus on R&D, manufacturing of semiconductor devices. The company has a professional management team and a group of experienced senior engineers and technicians, and fully implementation of the TS 16949 quality system and ISO 14001 environmental system. 

At present, our annual capacity is about 50KK semiconductor devices, includes ordinary rectifiers, fast recovery rectifiers, high efficiency ultra-fast recovery rectifiers, TVS (voltage suppressor), ESD Diode, Small Signal Diode, Zener Diode, MOSFET, Schottky rectifiers and product solutions. According to product structure, our product line includes: package of SOD-323/SOD-123/SMA/SMB/SMC etc.
